With Expert support, you have access to a full self-service solution that can help you quickly find what you’re looking for.
If no solution is found, ticket registration will allow us to handle your issue primarily through the portal for ease, and by phone if necessary.
Then, our expert team will launch the Analysis & Resolution phase to resolve your issue remotely.
If On-site Support is necessary, an expert will visit your location to analyze issues in their operational context, then recommend and implement corrective actions directly at your workstation.

We perform calibration and machine capability testing with 30 measurements, ensuring traceability to ISO 17025 standards.
CP Care
We provide preventive maintenance, including the replacement of wear parts for your tools. A Machine Capability Test is also included.
